They seem good so far, and what I liked about them versus a lot of hosting companies is that they offer more than just standard shared hosting. They offer shared hosting, VPS, and dedicated servers, and their rates are very reasonable. I haven't been with them long enough to have a definitive opinion about their service, but they have seemed good so far. I've had a couple minor issues getting setup, and their support team was very helpful. Hope this helps!
